Chef/Cook/Catering Assistant

Do you love working with food and being part of a dedicated team? We’re looking for a Catering Assistant to join our well-established catering business. You'll be involved in all aspects of food preparation — from creating fresh sandwiches and salads to baking sweet and savoury treats, and helping prepare delicious hot dishes.
What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting with preparation of a variety of foods (salads, sandwiches, hot meals, baking) Supporting our chef with daily food prep Keeping kitchen and work areas clean and tidy Delivering catering orders when needed Following our Food Control Plan to ensure food safety

Job Requirements
Reliable and hardworking Positive attitude and a team player Able to start early (6am most days) Available to work occasional Saturdays Comfortable with occasional deliveries (must have Full Class 1 driver’s licence or someone who is in the process of getting Full driver license Food Safety Certificate is a bonus – but not essential Must pass MOJ/Drug test
