Boom Pump Operators

A Swanson-based concrete pumping company is seeking two experienced Boom Pump Operators to join a tight-knit, hardworking team. This is a hands-on role for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work and operating safely on site.
Responsibilities:
• Perform pre-checks on equipment at the yard • Drive to and from job sites • Interact with clients to understand specific job requirements • Safely set up and operate boom pumps to deliver concrete as required • Conduct post-job cleaning and maintenance of pump • Complete required monthly health & safety documentation • Report maintenance issues to the direct line manager

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating Boom Pumps (must have civil or commercial experience) • Valid Class 4 driver licence • Physically fit and safety-focused • Must be able to pass a drug test
