Customer Regeneration Delivery Specialist - Mount Wellington

Mount Wellington based employer is seeking a Customer Regeneration Delivery Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

In this role, you’ll: • Re-engage past customers and lost leads • Rebuild trust and relationships with dormant accounts • Convert lost sales into exceptional customer experiences • Identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services

You’ll be instrumental in delivering ROI by transforming dormant leads into active sales. This role demands confidence in engaging a wide range of stakeholders and a commitment to role-modelling the organisations values through our quality framework and processes.

What we’re looking for • Relevant experience in a sales environment. • Demonstrable achievements in delivering on sales targets. • Industry experience in a high-volume customer service environment will be an advantage. • Analytical problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach. • Effective written and verbal communication in English. • Great time management to meet deadlines. • Adaptability to respond to changing priorities. • Customer-centric focus, ensuring operational processes meet customer needs.
