Detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to work in the Wigram branch. Head down and stick to your lane and work with a great team. Customer focus and handling enquiries efficiently and building strong relationships.
Job Requirements
• Work to build and maintain strong working relationships with Fire, HVAC and Civil customers; by ensuring customers’ needs are met and any issues/concerns are addressed in a timely manner. • Respond to all internal and external customer queries via email or phone in a timely manner. • Assist the sales teams by creating quotes for Fire projects and product pricing as and when required. • Input sales orders. • Release back orders once notified stock has arrived in. • Assist with quote formatting, invoicing, estimating and take offs for projects as required. • As needed, assist with set up of trade shows and customer events. • Work to maintain a full knowledge of all aspects of Hydroflow Fire & Fabrication/HVAC and Civil products. • Work with the sales team and customers to provide accurate and timely quotations for Fabrication projects. • Work with key stakeholders on Fabrication projects to assist with ‘take offs’ from plans to ensure a comprehensive product, parts list of put together for the Fabrication team. • Liaise between customers and the Fabrication and Sales team on Fabrication jobs for Fire projects. • Greet customers and visitors to site. • Assist with the procurement of consumables for Christchurch.
