Catering Chef

An established and professional catering business, known for its flair in food preparation and friendly, on-time service, is looking for a talented Caterer/Chef. With the business on the rise, they are seeking an individual who is passionate about food and delivering exceptional service. About the Role: Prepare ingredients, cook dishes to the required standard, and ensure the quality and consistency of food leaving your section. Ensure that your section adheres to hygiene and safety standards, as well as portion control and wastage management. While not always the primary responsibility, you may assist in developing new dishes and menu item.

Team Leadership: They need to be able to lead and motivate a team of junior chefs. Organization and Efficiency: You must be able to manage their section effectively, even during busy service periods. Hygiene and Safety Awareness: A thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene is crucial. Communication Skills: You need to be able to communicate clearly with their team and other kitchen staff
