About this job
Greet and engage with patients with warmth and professionalism. Field queries, complaints and problem-solve for patients needing support Coordinate, monitor, and reschedule appointments efficiently. Process patient registrations, enrolments, and data with accuracy and confidentiality. Invoicing and taking payments accurately Manage inboxes and task managers, actioning requests in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Exceptional customer service skills, at least 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare administration and/or medical reception. Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- Rostered 5 out of 7 days per week, includes some weekends. 6 to 8 hours per day. (36 hours per week)
