Factory machine Operator

Employer is looking for a Machine Operator to join their plastic injection moulding team. If you have experience in manufacturing/factory/hands on work and are physically fit and have a great positive, get stuck in attitude, able to read plans with some basic math skills, and able to work in a close team environment.

Job Description: • Operate machinery to manufacture plastic products according to specifications • Conduct regular quality checks to uphold product standards • Pack finished products in accordance with packing specifications • Demonstrate keen attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality items • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and also demonstrate the ability to work autonomously when necessary

Experience working in a factory and operating machinery would be ideal Must have reliable transport and Class 1 Restricted or Full Drivers Licence Forklift licence is a bonus Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards Ability to adapt to varying shifts and schedules as needed Strong English and communication skills Must pass Drug Test and MOJ Check Must be available for rostered shifts
