Bartender
About this job
Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with company standards • Deliver high-quality customer service to support and enhance sales • Engage with customers by taking orders, serving drinks, and ensuring a positive experience • Assess customer preferences and make appropriate product recommendations • Adhere to all legal requirements related to the sale and service of alcohol • Manage stock levels, including ordering and reordering as needed • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area at all times • Process transactions accurately using cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods.
Job Requirements
Availability to work on weekends and during late evening shifts • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Prior work experience is preferred but not mandatory as we provide training. • Ability to remain flexible and respond effectively to changing demands or unforeseen situations • Positive, proactive mindset with a strong sense of teamwork • Collaborative and dependable team member with a focus on delivering quality service
