What can you expect on a day-to-day basis? - Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts - Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to - Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers - Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant - Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved - Work within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers
Your keys to success: - Well-presented, friendly and organised - Able to lead a team to achieve results - Adaptable to a fast-paced environment - Confident in engaging with customers, including handling difficult situations - Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Requirements
- At least 12-months hospitality experience (preferably McDonald's) is required. - Completion of McDonald’s management training program - Leading the Shift (LTS), previously known as SMX, or SSC, is preferable, but not required - A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable, but not required
- Days of work
- You must be available to run the following shifts: 5pm - 2am, 6pm - 3am, 7pm - 4am, 9pm - 6am, 10pm - 7am (30 hours per week)
