Join our passionate and growing team in the health food industry, in Haupiri, north of Greymouth. We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to provide vital administrative support to keep our business running smoothly. Duties include; Welcome and assist visitors, manage phone and emails; data entry, supporting accounts and production teams with organisational tasks; receive and dispatch mail and courier deliveries; maintain office supplies; co-ordinate meetings, appointments and staff communication. We use an IT and audio visual platform that we provide training for. IT competence is an advantage; more than that we are looking for someone that will fit into our staff team and enjoy the challenge of working with us to nurture our productive business.

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organisational and time management ability; professional presentation and a friendly, helpful attitude; a genuine interest in the health and wellness production industry; experience is an advantage but training is available for the right person. Candidates must meet all entry requirements and pre-employment health and safety checks.
