We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant who enjoys helping customers, has a strong work ethic, and thrives in a hands-on retail environment. What You’ll Do:

•Provide outstanding service at the checkout with a warm, client-focused approach. •Process EFTPOS, credit card, and cash payments confidently. •Assist with product displays and stock replenishment. •Keep the department tidy, organized, and welcoming for customers. •Be available to work one weekend day on a set roster

•Previous experience in a customer service is essential •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •A friendly , Bubbly and approachable attitude •Quick learner with a strong sense of initiative •Experience in handling Eftpos, credit cards and cash payments •Physically capable of occasional heavy lifting •Flexibility and reliability are a must •Ability to pass a pre-employment police check, MOJ/ drug test.
