Manurewa based employer is needing two experienced commercial cleaners with a keen eye. The successful candidates are expected to • Perform a comprehensive range of cleaning tasks with precision and efficiency. • Build and maintain client relationships • Ensure that residential and commercial spaces are cleaned to the highest standards. • Expertly use specialised cleaning equipment and chemicals as needed. • Demonstrate unwavering attention to detail to achieve impeccable results. • Communicate effectively with clients to address their unique cleaning requirements. • Vacuum carpets, curtain and upholstered furniture • Clean and remove dust from furniture and other materials ,walls, ceiling, toilets and pipes • Strip wax from floor and polish it • May need to use water blaster • Adhere unwaveringly to safety protocols and guidelines. • Report any issue at the site or with client to the manager without delay • Any other duty assigned related to job Please email your CV to Myint.Htut001@msd.govt.nz if you are interested in the postion.
Job Requirements
Class 1 Full licence Able to communicate with customers as needed Good knowledge of commercial cleaning requirements Ability of varied time frames 6 am - 4 am next day (shops and Air B N B ) Must pass MOJ and drugs test
