Kitchen Staff/Food Prep: Dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen maintenance Support food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and mise en place. Maintain organized prep stations and ingredient inventory. Support the chef during busy service periods. Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Full-time and part-time positions available.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For Food service experience and eagerness to learn preferred. Proven cooking experience and knife skills are essential. Experience in commercial kitchens (premium casual or above preferred) Genuine passion for excellent food and culinary craftsmanship Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.
