As an Employment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting clients with health conditions, illness, or disabilities to access employment, training, and development opportunities, enabling them to become independent. You will work closely with Case Managers to understand client skills, abilities and how their capabilities can be enhanced by MSD, other agencies, and employers. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will use your relationship-building, problem-solving, and marketing skills to help clients overcome barriers and achieve independence.
