Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure food is prepared to company standards Lead and support the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale, ensure hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards are met at all times Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies Train new kitchen staff and manage staff rosters Work collaboratively with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service 1 year of experience in a supervisor role and 30 hours per week
Job Requirements
Must be comfortable working in a halal food environment. Must have a good knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practise.
