Our Hornby based client is seeking an experienced administrator with skills in resource allocation
Great opportunity for someone with solid customer service and administration skills within the trade equipment industry. • Directly coordinate customer service requests. • Communicate progress promptly and proactively to customers. • Control and coordinate the allocation of resources (technical personnel within the assigned area) for the execution of requested services. • Monitor and maximize the efficiency of scheduled services based on workload and available resources (efficient use of technicians). • Provide support to the technical staff for the execution of requested services (entry documentation, insurance, rentals, etc.). • Assist in service cost estimations along with the administrator and the sales representative assigned to the customer. • Perform administrative tasks inherent to the position (service expense control, technician time tracking, etc.). • Track the status of OPS (spare parts status, delivery, etc.) for customers in the assigned area. • Receive documentation related to the OP (settlements, hours used, etc.) and confirm their closure and invoicing with the service administrator. • Comply with environmental care regulations and current legal provisions (DS-055, Law 29783). This role is initially a temp assignment however has potential to extend should current business conditions continue or improve.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: Proven experience in administration and customer service Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Ability to successfully pass drug and alcohol screening Ability to pass a police background check Contactable, work-related referees Ongoing eligibility to work in New Zealand
