Company repairs and installs home appliances. In the role of Customer Service Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing comprehensive administrative and customer service support. This position demands an individual who is adept at multi-tasking, has excellent communication skills and can maintain a high level of organisation in a fast-paced environment. Answering incoming calls, administrative coordination, overseeing the procurement of office supplies including the management of stock parts. Accurately entering data in the System for tracking and management purpose. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and general computer usage. Job Requirements

*Previous experience in customer service, administration . *Exceptional ability in both verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills. *Skilled in handling multiple tasks, attention to detail. *NZ Citizen or Resident

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. (40 hours per week)

$24 - $25 an hour
