Car Groomer

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Car Groomer to join our dealership team. If you have a passion for vehicles, a sharp eye for detail, and take pride in a job well done — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: • Clean, wash, and vacuum customer vehicles inside and out to a high standard • Prepare vehicles for delivery or customer pickup • Speak with customers about any specific cleaning concerns or requirements • Assess and report any visible vehicle damage as per company procedures • Review and record vehicle fuel levels, kilometres, and overall condition • Check and top up fluids, tyre pressure, and tread depth • Refuel vehicles when required • Complete all necessary paperwork and digital vehicle reports accurately • Assist with pick-up and drop-off of vehicles as required

• Previous car grooming or detailing experience is essential • Solid knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and best practices • Must have a Full Class 1 New Zealand Driver’s Licence • Must have own reliable transport to get to and from work • Strong attention to detail and physically fit for manual work • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently • Must be available for a 30-hour workweek, rostered across Monday to Sunday • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and Ministry of Justice (MOJ) background check
