Team Leader

As a Team Leader you will be responsible for the jobs allocated by Factory Manager. To ensure that the team is operating at peak efficiency, this will result in accurate and timely work being completed. This position requires commitment to people with special needs and their capabilities. You will need to have coaching skills, provide guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities: • Communication: Effectively communicate with the team member and provide timely feedback to the Factory Manager. • Leadership: To be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve high performance and quality standards laid by the customers. • Training & Development: To be able to provide on the job training and use the buddy up system. • Teamwork: To be able to work effectively with the team, work colleagues and the Factory Manager. • Health and Safety: To be able to comply with Health and Safety rules of the company.

Experience and Skills requirement: • Experience in leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment. • Strong understanding of health and safety practices and regulations. • Knowledge of packing machinery and materials such as pouches, sachets, and bottles. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Empathy towards individuals with special needs.
