Job Requirements
What We're Looking For Proven cooking experience and knife skills are essential Experience in commercial kitchens (premium casual or above preferred) Genuine passion for excellent food and culinary craftsmanship Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
