What You'll Be Doing
Chefs/Cooks: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision and creativity Maintain consistent food standards and presentation excellence Collaborate with kitchen and front team to ensure smooth service flow Assist in menu development and seasonal offerings Uphold food safety standards and kitchen cleanliness protocols
Kitchen Staff/Food Prep: Dishwashing, cleaning, and kitchen maintenance Support food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and mise en place Maintain organized prep stations and ingredient inventory Support the chef during busy service periods Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
Pay rate based on position and experience.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in commercial kitchens (premium casual or above preferred) ● Genuine passion for excellent food and culinary craftsmanship Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays For Chef positions: Proven cooking experience and knife skills are essential For Kitchen Staff: Food service experience and eagerness to learn preferred Food safety certification or willingness to obtain
