Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, and dressing. Supporting bladder and bowel care needs. Meal preparation and ensuring dietary needs are met. Light cleaning and laundry duties. Assisting with transfers, including the use of mobility aids. Supporting participation in tailored exercise programs. Accompanying the client on outings, shopping trips, and appointments. Supporting social activities to foster community involvement. Providing care and support during domestic and international travel as required. Prior experience as a Support Worker or in a caregiving role is preferred. Knowledge of working with clients with physical disabilities, particularly spinal cord injuries, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
