Inwards Goods Storeperson

We are looking for an Inwards Goods Storeperson who has a passion for great customer service, to join the team in our Invercargill Branch. The days and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week.

Duties include but are not limited to: - Receipting in of all goods timely and accurately - Restocking shelves with the receipted products - Unloading goods using a forklift, process, and place goods into stock ready for sale and delivery - Shipping goods as they are dispatched from the Branch - Assist with picking customer orders - Managing multiple demands on your time

Our customers (internal and external) are at the forefront of everything we do therefore excellent customer service vital. Plumbing or Trade experience would be an advantage, but not necessary for this role.

You must have the below prerequisites to be considered for this role: - Reliable and self-motivated - A team player - Physical fitness is key as heavy lifting is required - A full and clean NZ driver’s licence is a must - A valid forklift licence - A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a previous inwards role would be advantageous - Have a friendly and positive attitude towards our customers and team members - Will be able to manage multiple demands on your time

You must be able to pass a police check and pre-employment drug test, as part of the employment process. Hold NZ citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency.
