Reporoa Glasshouse Worker

Local produce company in Broadlands Reporoa are looking for Glasshouse workers. ASAP start, until end of harvest, likely close to end of year.

You will be working on our tomato crop in our glasshouses, which includes picking, de-leafing, pruning, clipping and twisting. You don’t need previous experience or skills in horticulture as onsite training is provided. You will certainly stay fit in this role as there is plenty of walking; and also the glasshouse can get pretty warm so you need to be ok with working in a warm environment, even in winter it's warm.

We are looking people with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills. Alongside this; the ability to work in warm to hot temperatures and you will have the ability to do physical work (lifting up to 25kgs) and a lot of walking. You will have a keen eye for detail, work well in a team and be comfortable working on a high trolley from time to time.

You will need your own transport to get to work. Past convictions considered on a case by case basis, MOJ checks will be completed on any successful applicant.
