Front of House

Amore Hospitality Limited T/A Tony’s Lord Nelson is a dynamic and growing company that provides exceptional dining experiences. As a well-established restaurant with rustic, traditional decor, we offer hearty meat, fish dishes, and pasta in a welcoming atmosphere.

We seek enthusiastic and skilled Front of House staff to join our team at Tony's Lord Nelson Restaurant in Auckland CBD. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and contributing to a memorable dining experience.

In this role you will:

• Welcome customers and provide them with menus and beverage options upon arrival. • Accurately take food and drink orders and serve them to customers in a timely manner. • Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. • Clear tables and return dishes and cutlery to the kitchen once customers have finished their meals. • Always maintain cleanliness and order throughout the restaurant. • Process customer payments and operate payment machines. • Assist in managing cash registers and handling transactions. • Ensure that hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld consistently. • Other relevant tasks requested by management.

Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $24 to $27 per hour.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience • Good communication skills. • Available to work on weekends and do late evening shifts • Physically fit to stand for longer hours • Team worker and Interpersonal skills • Good coordination skills • Attention to detail • Multi-tasker
