We’re a growing traffic management company looking for a reliable and experienced STMS to join our team. If you enjoy leading others, keeping worksites safe, and working outdoors, this could be the opportunity for you.

About the Role: As an STMS, you’ll be in charge of making sure traffic management sites run safely and smoothly. You'll lead by example, support your crew, and be the main point of contact on site.

What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and managing Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) Checking sites for safety risks before work begins Setting up and checking traffic signs, cones, barriers, and equipment Leading and supporting traffic control staff Communicating with contractors, councils, and emergency services Handling any public questions or concerns in a friendly way Keeping site records and reports up to date
