An Upper Hut Business is looking for a Junior Administrator to join their team, where you’ll play a key part in keeping our finance and administrative processes running smoothly, helping ensure the success of our projects and day to day operations.

In this role, you will be primarily focused on finance-related administration but may also include some operational support. You’ll act as the go-to-contact between admin/finance functions and the wider contract or business unit teams. Key responsibilities • Act as daily liaison between finance, admin, and site teams • Input and manage daily timesheet data, including digital systems, to meet payroll deadlines • Support HR processes such as onboarding, resignations, and exit documentation. • Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end financial and procurement processes • Process and follow up on accounts receivable on SAP • Oversee and support work order and procurement activities (SAP/Ariba) • Assist with month-end reporting, forecasting, and billing • Collaborate with a geographically diverse team across multiple sites

Job Requirements
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills. • A team-oriented approach with great communication. • Some experience with accounting systems (SAP/Ariba/Maximo a bonus). • An understanding of financial systems and processes. • A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Must be able to pass a pre-employment MOJ check. • Must have an up-to-date CV and Cover Letter
