We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced External Building Wash Technician and Window Cleaner to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities: • Performing thorough external building washing using appropriate techniques and equipment. • Executing professional window cleaning on various types of properties. • Working safely and effectively at heights, utilising ladders, scaffolding, or elevated work platforms as required. • Operating and maintaining a range of cleaning equipment and vehicles. • Following detailed instructions and adhering to company procedures and safety protocols. • Working collaboratively as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. • Representing the company professionally on client sites.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in both external building washing and window cleaning. • Work at Heights: Comfortable and proficient working at various heights. • Drivers License: Must possess a clean, valid New Zealand driver's license. • Pre-Employment Checks: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and police check. • NZ Work Rights: Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. • Mechanically Minded: A strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment. • Instruction Following: Excellent ability to understand and follow instructions precisely. • Resilience: Happy to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. • Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Towing Skills: Proficient in towing and backing a trailer.
