About this job
This full-time role based in Te Anau requires good organisational and administration abilities with proven communication skills, it would be an advantage to have had experience in a similar type role (however training is available for the right candidate).
Duties include but are not limited to: • Manage inbound & outbound telephone and email communications. • Engage in fundraising activities including telephone & email communication with potential donors, including cold calls. • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to support ongoing engagement. • Research individuals, corporations, foundations, and grant-making organisations that may be interested in donating or funding projects. • Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and executives. • Order & maintain office supplies & equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. • Develop and implement communication strategies, including preparing proposals, newsletters, and public-facing materials to effectively share the organisations vision & impact. • Provide administrative support including note-taking during meetings, assisting with report preparation. • Must pass full police check.
