Cleaner - Kerikeri

• Clean and maintain office spaces, including workstations, meeting rooms, hallways, and common areas • Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors using appropriate cleaning equipment and methods • Dust and wipe down surfaces such as desks, chairs, shelves, and electronic devices • Empty waste bins and recycle containers; replace liners and dispose of rubbish appropriately • Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas, including sinks, toilets, urinals, counters, and appliances • Wash windows, glass partitions, and internal glass doors as required. • Refill supplies such as soap, hand towels, toilet paper, and other consumables • Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and notify management when replenishment is needed • Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with health and safety guidelines • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor

• A valid driver’s license. • Flexibility to work weekends and late evenings. • Physically fit to perform various tasks. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards. • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety procedures. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. • Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to travel to various work sites across Northland. All travel-related expenses between work locations will be covered by the employer.
