Customer Services / Parts Representative

Are you a customer-focused professional with a strong background in parts and operations for automotive and machinery industries? We’re looking for a Customer Services / Parts Representative to join our high-performing team and help deliver exceptional service across our nationwide network.

Key Responsibilities • Process customer enquiries and urgent orders with accuracy and urgency. • Source, order, and ensure timely delivery of parts from both local and international suppliers. • Provide daily support to the Sales Team, Branch Manager, Customer Services Manager, and After Sales Manager. • Collaborate on process improvements and projects led by Management. • Maintain excellent customer relationships by resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Sylvia Park Road, Auckland (occasional travel to Mairangi Bay Head Office) Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (42.5 hours per week) $60,000 – $70,000 per annum (based on experience) Permanent, Full-Time Pre-employment Drug Test & Ministry of Justice Check Required

What You’ll Need to Succeed • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a parts and service role specific to automotive and machinery equipment. • Strong customer service background in high-pressure environments—handling urgent parts orders, high call volumes, and technical queries. • Full NZ Driver’s Licence with F Endorsement. • Proven technical knowledge to advise customers on the correct parts for a wide range of equipment, including: o Earthmovers, excavators, compaction equipment o Portable conveyors, mini dumpers o Access equipment and materials handling o Generators, pumps, waterblasters, chippers o Concrete cutting, grinders, dust/slurry control o Landscaping tools, dust fighters, light towers

• Familiarity with brands such as: KATO, Genie, Mikasa, Husqvarna, Selwood, Sinoboom, Almac, Generac, Whiteman, Koshin, Ammann, and more.
