About this job

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to manage day-to-day financial transactions and support administrative operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and maintaining smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities: Accounts Duties: • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts • Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoice preparation and payment follow-up • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Support budgeting and forecasting activities • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders as needed

Administration Duties: • Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance • Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and paper-based) • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes when required

The ideal applicant will have: • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and confidentiality

May require occasional extended hours during reporting or audit periods.

Job Requirements

1- Have an NZ Bachelor’s degree or NZ Diploma in either Accounting, Finance or Business Administration 2- Have at least 2 years of experience in an Accounts and Administration role. 3- That experience to be noted on your up to date CV.
