Cultivation Assistant

Are you passionate about plant care and precision work? We're looking for a motivated and reliable Cultivation Assistant to support our growing operation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in horticulture or controlled environment agriculture to join a dynamic and supportive team. As a Cultivation Assistant, you'll pay a key role in daily plant care and facility upkeep. You'll work alongside senior grower to ensure healthy crops, clean environment and optimal yields. A strong attention to detail, a proactive and a commitment to consistency and cleanliness are essential. Responsibilites includes but not limited to : Propagating and transplanting clones or seedlings with care. Daily watering and nutrient dosing according to SOPs. Monitoring and recording environmental data (temperature, humidity, CO2). Performing pruning, defoliation, and pest/disease scouting. Keeping accurate digital cultivation logs (e.g., Grower IO). Supporting harvest, trimming and post-harvest cleaning. Assisting senior cultivation staff with yield-optimisation tasks,

Ability to pass pre-employment and MOJ check. Physically fit for light-industrial work which includes but not limited to standing, bending, and lifting. Previous experience in a cultivation or greenhouse setting. Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely. Familiarity with digital cultivation platforms and GMP protocols is a plus. Clear and professional communication skills — both verbal and written. A valid NZ Driver’s License minimum Restricted and reliable transportation.
