About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and reliable Retail Sales Assistant with a strong understanding of Indian ethnic clothing and a genuine passion for fashion and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking long-term employment in a vibrant and culturally rich retail environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner • Provide styling advice and detailed product knowledge to customer • Manage sales transactions and operate the POS system • Maintain store presentation and cleanliness • Stock replenishment and inventory support • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets • Assist in promoting products on social media platforms • Support store promotions and merchandising

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in clothing or fashion • Good knowledge and understanding of Indian ethnic wear and styles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented • A positive, “can-do” attitude with a strong work ethic • Able to work 5 days a week, including both Saturday and Sunday. • Looking for long-term, stable employment • Must be able to pass pre-employment and criminal background checks • Must maintain a drug-free lifestyle
