Planting Supervisor
About this job
You will be responsible for the timely delivery of the Outdoor Planting Programme. This requires the effective and timely management of planting, the leadership of the team of planting staff and the safe and efficient use of equipment. In leading the team you will assist with creating a culture of trust, autonomy, teamwork and open communication. You may also be required to assist in other crop work, your tasks may also include:
-Co-ordinate the planting of vegetable seedlings with the team on our planting machine. -Using appropriate machinery to undertake the planting of crops. -Ground maintenance. -Assisting with harvesting and other general tasks. -Report any crop pest damage and machinery wear and tear.

Job Requirements
-Ideally we're looking for someone with previous tractor operation and supervisory experience, but training provided. -Happy to work outdoors in all weathers. -Class 1 Full Drivers License. -Forklift experience/license a bonus. -Strong communication skills. *Must have own reliable transport **Convictions will be considered on a case by case basis.
