About this job
A Company based in Tauranga needs a builder who will be responsible for the manufacture and erecting of buildings onsite. You are required to follow our company policies and procedures, and to be responsible for the day-to-day interface with fellow employees and customers. While contributing as an Apprentice Builder to the strategic direction and vision of the company, you will: 1. As appropriate to your level of training, work onsite or in our factory. 2. Perform tasks involving physical labour as specified by site foreman or project manager 3. Load and unload building materials 4. Operating tools and equipment as needed 5. Other tasks including but not limited to: site preparation, manufacture of trusses and precut pre-nail, standing frames onsite, cladding and roofing buildings.
Job Requirements
At least 2-year experience in the industry May need to work early in the morning, over weekends or public holidays, if required. Pass a pre-employment drug test AND a Police check.
