Kiwifruit Orchard Supervisor

Western Bay Orchards. Supervising and motivating crews, as well as orchard contractors. Ensuring all orchard tasks are carried out in accordance with Health and safety standards. Overseeing work on managed orchards to ensure best practices are followed and optimal production is achieved. Monitoring team performance, quality, and compliance with health and safety standards. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in orchard operations, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment. Able to communicate clearly and effectively and at the appropriate level with various types of people Can work effectively with others to achieve an optimal outcome Able to take an organised approach to all tasks in order to prioritise them according to the demands of the business

At least 1 years working experience in an orchard. Good with people, reliable and hard working. Can pass a pre-employment drug test AND a Police check
