About this job

An established and locally owned Healthy Homes Business who are all about insulation, ventilation, heat and cool and efficiency are looking for a Superstar Outbound Representative. You will play a desk role in educating and engaging with a multitude of existing and new customers regarding their homes, rentals and new builds about the benefits of core home solutions from a trusted healthy home provider with strong partnerships and innovations. In this fulltime role based in the Manawatu, you will be responsible for the introduction and education from the healthy home team on:

• The benefits of working with a "one stop shop " with own advisors, installation and quality assurance teams. • Understanding choice of solutions and service in new builds. • Obligations for the rental property healthy home standards and importance of ensuring ongoing compliance. • Highlighting importance of maintenance on solutions such as ventilation, heat pump, and solar servicing providing longer life span and energy efficiency in the home. • Helping customers understand ways to fund healthy home solution investments, such as government subsidies, rates schemes, low to no interest home loans through banks as well as return on investment calculations with energy solutions such as solar. You will be doing: • Research and contacting potential customers via phone to introduce them to a unique healthy home proposition. • Extract and qualify from a vast database opportunity to explore with existing customers on other healthy home solutions. • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on the range of home solutions offered by this company • Assessing customer needs and recommending steps as part of their healthy home journey. • Maintaining accurate records within CRM (Simpro) and reporting on sales activities and customer interactions for future strategies. • Collaborating within the wider Healthy Home Team to share insights and support each other's success.

Job Requirements

You will be: • Self-motivated and resilient with proven experience in an outbound role (minimum of 2 years) • A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a supportive, customer focused manner. • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, consultative approach to handling queries and overcoming objections. • Excellent problem -solving and analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Passion for creating healthier homes, familiarity with healthy home solutions and standards an advantage. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. • Able to pass a security check and drug test. • Have transport to get to and from work as the business is located in a rural location a few minutes’ drive from Palmerston North and Feilding.
