Courier Driver
About this job
Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner. • Review delivery orders before and after drop-off to ensure accuracy, proper charges, and customer satisfaction. • Assist with the loading and unloading of goods from the vehicle. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any complaints professionally. • Plan and follow efficient daily delivery routes. • Maintain the delivery vehicle in clean and good working condition, including basic maintenance checks (e.g., tire pressure, fluid levels). • Comply with all road safety and traffic regulations, including speed limits and parking rules. • Perform other duties as required to support delivery operations.
Job Requirements
Must be available to work on weekends. • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Previous work experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service. • Self-motivated and passionate about the role. • Physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting when required. • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. • The Candidate will be required to travel within the Auckland region and the cost of travel will be covered by the employer.
