Pilot Driver
About this job
This position is responsible for escorting vehicles from pick-up and delivery locations, ensuring the safety of the travelling public, prevention of damage to the highway systems and the load being transported. Reduce and undue delay to the normal flow of traffic and provide efficient solutions for machinery, containers, bulk freight, vehicles, and trailers travelling throughout New Zealand.
Job Requirements
Pilot certificate Class 1 and 2 Strong geographical knowledge Clean and safe driving record Previous experience Piloting Excellent communication skills both orally and written Takes pride in keeping gear and workspace tidy Outstanding teamwork skills, the ability to communicate respectfully with other drivers, support staff and your dispatcher is a must. The ability to work to strict deadlines consistently and safely. Excellent customer service skills and ability to always maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Days of work
- Minimum 40 hours, Monday to Saturday. Extra hours on average up to 50-55 hours. (40 hours per week)

- $28 to $32 an hour dependant on experience
