Maintenance Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Coordinator to join our care home team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the general upkeep and presentation of the facility, including preventative maintenance checks, gardening and lawn mowing, and maintaining the interior, exterior, equipment, and facility vehicles. From time to time, you may also be required to drive residents to appointments or support the Activities Coordinator with outings. To succeed in this role, you’ll need a full, clean driver’s licence, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong communication and time management skills. You’ll also need to be physically fit, have relevant maintenance experience, and demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting elderly residents. A friendly, positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Must have a full clean driver's licence. Able to pass drug and police checks. Must have relevant work experience and be Physically fit. Ability to work independently but also as part of a team. Ability to build good rapport with our residents and demonstrate empathy and patience. Excellent communication skills and time management skills. A genuine interest for helping people Excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and positive attitude.
