Dunedin Tourist Operation seeking a Customer Service & Reservations Coordinator. Their role will ensure the smooth and professional operation of front-of-house services by welcoming visitors, managing bookings, and providing administrative support. This role is essential for creating a positive first impression, delivering excellent customer service and leaving an everlasting great impression, and supporting the wider team through efficient coordination and organisation. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide a Professional First Point of Contact Greet visitors and customers warmly in person, by phone, and via email. Represent the organisation with professionalism and friendliness. Manage Bookings and Enquiries Handle reservations, ticket sales, and tour group bookings accurately and efficiently. Maintain booking systems and communication records. Maintain a calm and composed attitude, especially for delays or disruptions, reassuring passengers and keeping them informed. Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear, helpful information. Sales and Point-of-Sale Duties Process transactions for merchandise or services. Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory tracking and purchasing. Promote products and upcoming services. Administrative Support Carry out a range of office tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and filing. Support the wider team with documents, reports, or customer follow-ups. Maintain front of house to ensure presentable and tidy at all times. Contribute to an Outstanding Customer Experience Anticipate customer needs and go the extra mile to enhance their experience. Ensure all interactions are handled with courtesy, clarity, and care. Help identify and implement improvements to processes and service delivery. Leadership, Culture and Development

Job Requirements
