Class 5 Truck Driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class 5 Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a Class 5 truck to transport goods, materials, or equipment to various destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and good customer service.
Key Responsibilities: • Operate a Class 5 truck in a safe and efficient manner. • Load, unload, and secure cargo. • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections. • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to assigned locations. • Maintain accurate delivery records, including mileage, fuel use, and delivery logs. • Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries. • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT regulations. • Report vehicle defects, accidents, or violations promptly.

Job Requirements
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Have a Valid Dangerous Goods License • Proven experience operating a Class 5 truck (2 years preferred). • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical work. • Strong time management and organizational skills. • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
