Loss Prevention Officer

A Wellington Employer is looking for experienced security staff to join their team as loss prevention officers. This is a high response, sole operator security role for retail stores and you will be trained in customer service, de-escalation, and situational awareness.
Duties for the role include:
• Protection of valuable assets, controlling access to restricted areas. • Provide a strong presence of security. • Prevention of theft. • Physical response to security incidents. • Daily incident reports. • Build and maintain relationships with clients.

Job Requirements
• Current Certificate of Approval (COA). • Minimum 1 year experience operating CCTV. • Must have previous experience using Aura and Constellation World Manager software. • Physically fit • Reliable, honest, well presented. • Customer service focussed. • Excellent communication skills verbal and written. • Must have a clear MOJ check, no convictions. • Must have up to date CV, showing previous experience of all mandatory requirements for these roles.
