About this job

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Chef de Partie to assist the kitchen with cooking of food and food preparation and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll follow recipes, help plate and present meals, and ensure food is stored, handled safely and correctly. Daily tasks include keeping your work area clean and stocked, managing stock levels, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. You’ll also be expected to follow instructions from head chef and managers, work well with others, and be on time for your shifts. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the team to assist with smooth operation of the kitchen.

Job Requirements

Must be an experienced Chef de Partie. Have excellent communication skills. Positive attitude and friendly manner. Ability to work under pressure. Able to work as part of a team and on their own. Honest and reliable and flexible to change. Good personal hygiene.
