An established Call Centre is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to join its team in Albany. In this role, you will serve as a crucial contact for the company’s clients, handling outbound and inbound calls. Job Requirements
• Have previous Call Centre or Sales experience • Experience in credit and billing workflows • Tech-savvy with experience across various systems • Have a professional phone manner and enjoy talking with a wide range of people • Have a strong work ethic • Be resilient and self-motivated with a great attitude • Like the thrill of selling • Enjoy working hard and being rewarded for it • Able to commute to Albany for work • Able to work full-time during the given hours, including weekends - there are currently no part-time or Work-from-Home positions available. • Able to pass a police vetting check • Be a New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident currently residing in Auckland
