Before and After School Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Early Childhood Centre Manager to lead our friendly and supportive team in Palmerston North. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is confident in both early childhood care and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the early childhood centre

Provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children and families

Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality care and education

Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Office tools

Liaise with parents and caregivers in a professional and friendly manner

Ensure the centre complies with relevant regulations and health & safety standards
