• Clean kitchen space, food prep area, dishes, equipment and utensils and maintain organisation • Help with all duties around the kitchen • Assist in cooking and heating simple food, including preparing ingredients for all sections of the kitchen • Weight and inspect ingredients and supplies as directed by the kitchen team • Ensure a good standard of cleanliness and presentation of self • Uphold the highest standard of food safety and hygiene
Job Requirements
Successful candidates will have - • Knowledge of Food Safety and proper hygiene. • Current Food Safety certificate is preferred. If not available, the ability to complete this within 3 months of start date • Be able to stand on your feet for long hours • Ability to work late nights and across a 7-day roster (we operate 7 days a week and work late nights) • A passion to work within the hospitality industry • Positive enthusiastic attitude • Ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure • Reliability, excellent communication skills and professional outlook • Teamwork, creativity and innovative thinking are a part of this role Must have either completed secondary/high school or have a Level 1 qualification. We prefer applicants to have at least 3 months previous experience in a commercial kitchen if possible.

- Mon-Thur ( between 10am - 11pm) Fri-Saturday ( between 10am -3am) Sunday (between 7am- 11pm) Rotational shifts (30 hours per week)
