About the position and you: An amazing opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the Aioi Team. This is an exciting role for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent time management skills and is outcome driven. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work as a core part of our Policy Servicing team, which assists our customers with policy queries and operates as a contact centre environment. This role is a Full Time Permanent opportunity working 40 hours a week. Desired skills and experience: Knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry. Excellent numeracy, statistical and analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to work on tight deadlines. Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management A can-do attitude, initiative and can think outside the box.
