Greeting and assisting visitors: Providing a warm welcome and directing them to their room • Managing the front desk: Answering phone calls, taking customer bookings and handling general enquiries. • Providing administrative support: Assisting with tasks such as taking web bookings, filing and organising documents. • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: • You should be dedicated to providing a positive and welcoming experience for all our visitors and clients. • Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills You should be comfortable in Microsoft, Excel etc. • 2 years minimum related experience or a relevant level 4 qualification or above (international qualifications will be considered) We are open to candidates with a very strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
