Senior Front of House Manager

We are now looking for an experienced, energetic and well-presented person to take up the full-time role of Restaurant Manager/Front of House Supervisor. This role, based principally in the majestic Tearoom with an unsurpassed view of the stunning vista that is our Tea Estate, will ensure that you help deliver the best Zealong experience possible for our visitors and guests. This role is all about presence, leadership, and attention to detail — ensuring exceptional service, strong team culture, and seamless day-to-day operations in a venue that is like no other in the country. The opportunity is there for someone who enjoys working in a multi-venue role, to also experience service in the fine-dining Camellia Restaurant, our events centre and in tours.

Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in leading a large FOH team with strong coaching, mentoring, and accountability Have a high degree of attention to detail Be solution and customer focused Flexibility to work shifts across the 7-day week and on some evenings DM license is a distinct advantage Immaculate presentation and an excellent command of English will make you stand out as a candidate.
